Hosted 3CX and phone is great for dynamic, growing or multi location/business establishments. It also caters to those who wish a monthly service that includes everything without the need of a on-premise server.

With hosted 3CX, you can setup phones anywhere there is internet. There is also 3CX apps for Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone/iPad that use the internet/data. All staff can stay connected and can call each other without using any phone lines/services (chat, check voicemail, status/call forwarding).

For office stations, you plug your computer network cable into the phone, and another cable from the phone to computer. The internet cord simply passes through the phone.

We offer support to all our customers on an hourly basis or for monthly/discounted plans.

At alpha, we believe nobody should be hostage to their service providers. If you have a staff member who would like to learn the basics on managing extensions/staff/phones, we will gladly train them.

3CX is designed to be managed remotely, from most web browsers, and can be taught to anyone with an interest in tech.

3CX also offers support/packages, so you will always have an avenue for 3CX support.

The 3CX model is built around how many simultaneous calls you may peak at. A 4SC package allows a maximum of 4 (peer to peer) calls at a given time.

The local phone company would suggest a phone line for every phone. With 3CX, the more phones/extension you have, the fewer lines (to ratio) you will require.

All packages include 3CX Phone Hosting, but only the packages including SIP Lines* come with phone service. Packages without SIP Lines* require your own SIP/Voip Phone Provider connections.

The packages including SIP Lines* are the full package, and will allow outside calling(one line per SC allowed, 4SC = maximum 4 outside or as discussed/agreed upon).
